This rear case assembly S1997 is modified to fit a variety of the Motorola Speaker Mics. This modified rear case assembly provides a secure fit to the uniform, to enable the Offshore Workers, Signalman for Crane Operations, Firefighters, EMT Professionals, and Law Enforcement etc., to quick and easy acess to clear radio communications while performing day to day operations, without having a faulty speaker Mic falling from their shoulders. This rear case snap assembly provides security for those workers who work at significant heights while wearing a work harness and lanyard. To install, simply pull  on the tab of the old clip rear case assembly and slide upwards and out and center the new rear case assembly over the slot and push downard. This rear case assembly only works with the Snap Fit Uniforms. 1 1/2" W x 1 1/2"L x 1/4 H.
